The short version.

1. Your board, your words. You are responsible for what you post. Post only your own shop’s practical notices — hours, closures, specials and similar — and only for a shop you run or are allowed to speak for.
2. Not allowed: pretending to be a business you do not run, anything unlawful, misleading offers, other people’s personal information, and links or text meant to trick people. Door Note shows notices as plain text and never turns them into links.
3. Keep your edit link safe. Anyone with it can change or delete your board. We cannot resend it.
4. Pricing. Prices are on the pricing page. During preview everything is free and nothing is charged. When payments open, a paid plan renews each month or year until you cancel in PayPal; it keeps working to the end of the paid period.
5. Removal. We may remove a board that breaks these terms. To report one, use Report a board or email weldon@weldonpc.com.
6. No warranty. We work to keep Door Note running and correct, but your board shows what you enter; check your hours.
7. Deletion. Notices go 30 days after they end; a board untouched for 400 days is deleted.
